Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
- USA: Orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive.
- International: Orders typically take 14-31 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.
Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we do not offer express shipping. All orders are shipped via standard delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be uploaded to your account as soon as possible. You can check the status of your order on our Track Your Order page.
What if my tracking information hasn’t been updated?
Sometimes, tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order has been shipped. If your tracking information hasn’t updated after 48 hours, please contact us at info@comfydot.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process your refund. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Is my payment information secure?

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
